WEEK 1 - WEEK 3 (PREPARATION)

Hi and welcome back to my blog. In this post, I want to express what I've been through after enrolling in this course and also elaborate and explain more about what I have done, sorry more to what "we" have done in the past 3 weeks for our assignment. 

First of all, regarding the Journal task, which I am currently doing, we've been instructed by our lecturer in charged, Dr Por Lip Yee to update about our activities from time to time. For the first 3 weeks, this journal would be more to explain and talk to you guys about what I've done in those past weeks and also my plan in the near future. So keep reading to know more about this stuff !

In the first week, during our first lecture, our Dr did briefly explain how this course is going to be done in this semester and he did a great job of explaining those things by doing a screen-sharing through a meeting platform known as Google Meet. In the lecture, we have been exposed on how to achieve well in the subject and what the subject is all about. For our course, we are required to do a short video regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic to build the awareness in people about the dangers of the pandemic and also the way on how to cope with the pandemic.

Despite not knowing each other in the current learning method, I still succeed to join a group and we managed to make a new WhatsApp group specifically to discuss about our projects. We start the discussion by appointing a leader in order to organize and lead us more efficiently. Then, we proceed on deciding the type of the video to be produced. Since our video will be distributed to orphanages, we believed that doing an animation video would be the best for them. So for now, we are still in the process of prepping and finding materials for our upcoming video. Some research need to be done in order to know more about the current pandemic in a more detailed manner.

In summary, I was very happy and enthusiastic for our future activities as well as experienced and knowledge that can be found in this course. And as always, stay tune for another post regarding our upcoming activies.
