WEEK 7 - WEEK 9 (EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT)

Hi and welcome back to my blog guys. First and foremost, I would like to thanks to all of you who had spend the time to look and read my post regarding what I've done in the past 3 weeks. So, let's get started.

As for week 7, there was some confusion between our lecturer and one of my friends regarding his blog that caused him to not get marks for the journal. After some discussion with our lecturer, he was given second chance to improve his work so that he will be given marks. Apart from that, our Dr also mentioned that he have revised the marks for our journal as for the previous weeks posts. He also gave the leaders a report to be completed just after the price giving ceremony. 

As for my activity during week 7, my committee, Multimedia Committee have started our discussion regarding the video. One of the members in the committee had given us some clear and brief explanation regarding on what we need to do. Some of the stuff mentioned were the rough content of the video and the idea on how to make the video. 

In week 8, it was Nuzul Quran so there was no synchronous  meeting during that day. Even though this was the case, our Dr still reminded us through WhatsApp group about the things we need to do. He reminded us to update the blog until week 9, to sign the attendance and to continue the progress of the project and to report any update and status regarding the project to him.

As for the Multimedia Committee, we had a more serious discussion on how to produce the video. We discussed on what needs to be included in the video and some idea on how to get the compulsory materials. After a short discussion, we decided to ask for some screenshots or maybe a short video from the higher committee whenever they are doing a meeting to proof that the project is being executed.

As for week 9, the Multimedia Committee have passed the message about the required materials to the higher committee so that we can slowly progress to make the video. We also started to assign roles to members so that each of us will have something to do especially the one who will be editing or making the video. After all the materials have been collected, the respective members responsible in the producing the video will start their work.

Hopefully our discussion will ease our work and we hope that this project will be executed successfully. I think that's all for today about my activities in the previous weeks.
